‘Oh, it’s very…grey’ That’s been the reaction I’ve gotten from most people I’ve shown these photos to – it seems grey is not to everyones liking but trust me, this will look fab once it’s done.

I like to think of grey as the new magnolia – again, hardly anyone I’ve said that to has agreed with me but I will prove them wrong when they see how awesome this room looks when it’s done.

I’m so glad we had the money saved in our Sinking Fund for the gym to be able to pay my Uncle to come in and finish the last bit of work that needed doing, it’s taken a big stress off of us and means it’ll be done so much sooner than we would have been able to manage. The next bit to do is the floor which needs leveling, then the socket and lights can go in and then it’s just laminate flooring and skirting!
